MTAF’s Top 30 Albums: 1996-2011
Pitchfork Magazine is doing a poll of the top albums since they began printing magazines back in 1996. There’s no doubt the past 15 years have seen some of the most influential albums released of all time, but what are your favourites? Do your part and make a list! All you have to do is choose a minimum of 20 albums, and if you can’t find your favourites on Pitchfork’s list, just add your own—it’s that easy.
To my Canadian readers: we need to do our part to see some maple leaf talent on this list. Pitchfork recognizes some Canadian talent, but without our help, these albums will surely be ignored for bigger name UK and American albums.
